October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. A month focused on promoting awareness, education, and greater access to services. It’s great to have a month to focus on this disease that touches so many of our lives. It is also a good time to consider your overall health and wellbeing.
Do you take time for yourself? It is important, and healthy, to take time to care for yourself. We all know we should eat well and stay active, but did you also know that stamping and other creative activities are good for your health? It’s true! When you take time to stamp with friends, you are creating a healthy habit and a social connection. Having creative outlets and social connections have been shown to reduce stress and improve quality of life. So, make yourself a priority. Make it happen! Set a weekly or monthly date to stamp and chat with your friends. Or join a monthly stamp class or club. You and your friends will benefit from the affordable and healthy habit, as will the lucky folks that receive your hand-stamped creations!
It's such a wonderful time of year! The leaves are turning, the air is getting crisper and we are all starting to anticipate the next few months of holiday celebrations! And...it's football season! Just had to throw that in. We are huge football fans here in the Bartolucci house.

You should be receiving the 12 Weeks of Christmas emails which I hope are getting your holiday creative juices flowing. There was a problem with some gmail accounts not being able to see the email. Going forward I will include a link to the email so that you can see the entire thing online if your email provider doesn't carry the pictures as they should.
Many of you have asked about the ornament on the front cover of the Holiday Mini. I have included instructions in this email. I will be showing other options for this ornament this week on my blog so be sure to take a look.
